Gold Profit & Loss Calculator
The Gold Profit & Loss Calculator helps you estimate how much your gold investment has gained or lost based on your original purchase price and the current gold price.
Enter your gold weight, purity and original purchase price. In Automatic Data mode, the calculator uses the current BDGoldPrice gold price data for the selected country and purity.
You can also switch to Manual Price mode and enter your own current gold price when you want to compare your investment against a specific market, dealer or manually supplied price.
The calculator supports common gold weight units including grams, kilograms, tola, bhori and troy ounces. Your selected weight is converted to grams before the calculation.
Profit or loss is calculated by comparing the estimated current gold value with your original purchase cost. Optional purchase costs and selling deductions can also be included for a more realistic estimate.
The result can show the purchase cost, current gold value, profit or loss amount, percentage change, price change per gram and Bangladesh Taka equivalent when valid conversion data is available.
This calculator provides an estimate only. Actual resale prices may differ because of dealer margins, making charges, taxes, wastage, market conditions and other applicable costs.
